Physical orders for the skin-care and personal-care assortment described in our store are covered by these shipping terms. Accepted orders are ordinarily readied for dispatch in about 1–2 business days. Carrier travel commonly takes an estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch; this range is an estimate, not a promise.
Before the parcel leaves
Checkout determines whether free shipping applies. Supply a precise street address together with a valid email and telephone number. An unsupported destination, carrier boundary, checkout restriction, or transport rule may limit delivery.
Updates and problems in transit
Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available. Scans and dates can change because of weather, holidays, routing, or carrier operations. To ask about delay or loss, provide the order number, checkout email, delivery address, and tracking number. When a parcel is marked delivered, check the immediate premises and with other occupants before asking us to review the carrier record. Keep both goods and packing materials if damage is visible, and send photographs or video. Those same order details are required for a delivery inquiry.
