What is sold here?

The current assortment includes Cleansers, Toners, Treatments/Serums, Eye Treatments, Moisturizers, Sunscreens, Exfoliants, Body, Bundles, with cleansing, moisturizing, targeted-treatment, sun-care, body-care, and routine-set options where listed.

Will delivery be free?

Checkout shows whether the particular basket qualifies for free shipping.

What timing should I expect?

Allow roughly 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 2–4 business days for transport. Carrier timing is not guaranteed.

What if I chose the wrong item or no longer want it?

Request a mailed return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. A non-defective return must still be new, unused, in original condition, and complete with packaging, tags, and accessories. A free label is supplied inside the package and no restocking fee applies. Authorization is required before mailing.

How are product problems handled?

For breakage, a defect, the wrong shipment, or missing contents, send the order number and checkout email plus a description and photos or video of the product and parcel. An exchange, replacement, return, or refund will be reviewed. Once approved, a refund is processed within 10 days to the original payment method.

How may I pay?

No Shopify Payments card or digital-wallet method is currently enabled; only a payment option actually displayed and accepted at checkout may be used. Because availability can depend on the order, rely on the live checkout display.
